Your administrator* has trained vehicle repair experts to assure the right repairs are done properly the first time. All claims must be pre-approved so be sure to have your repair shop call before starting the repair work.

All VSC policies require that the vehicle be maintained, usually by following the manufactures recommended maintenance schedule in the owners manual. These maintenance items can include oil changes, transmission service, tire rotations, and other wear and tear items that the consumer is responsible for whether the vehicle is new or an older model.
When you purchase a VSC you have to meet the required waiting or exclusionary period before you are eligible to benefit from your VSC. Known pre-existing conditions are excluded from coverage
Limits of liability vary by contract and deductibles or co-pays, will determine the actual covered amount of the completed repairs.
